IITRI scientists are able to perform almost any molecular biology task in their state-of-the-art molecular biology laboratories. Our molecular biologists draw upon more than 40 years of combined experience. Specialized areas of expertise include quantitative real-time PCR (DNA and RNA based), PCR assay design and optimization, nucleic acid extraction from tissues and difficult matrices, and gene expression studies using microarray analysis.
